Practiceleague Legaltech Private Limited a private limited company with its registered office at
401, Montvert Zenith, Baner Road, Pune – 411045, Maharashtra, India (“Company”, “We”, “Us”,
“Our” and terms of similar meaning) is committed to protecting your privacy. We are a
private limited company and engaged in the provision of services which include end to end
contract management solutions, legal operation solutions and law, legal firm/departments
management software etc. (“Services”). This Privacy Policy shall apply only to the users who
visit the website. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the users hereinafter be referred
individually to as “You”, “Your” or “Yourself” (collectively referred to herein as
“Users”).
The Company has adopted this Privacy Policy to set out the manner in which personal data and
other information is collected, received, stored, processed, disclosed, transferred, dealt with
and handled through the relevant websites of PracticeLeague depending on the subscriptions and
services opted for by the Users (“Website“) when the Users use the Website. The Website
may contain links to other websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that You
provide to, or that is collected by, any third-party through the Website and Company shall not
be liable for and has no control over the practices and content of any such third party website.
We provide certain products and services that may have supplementary privacy policies which
explain in more detail our specific privacy practices in relation to those products and services

customer. If we receive any rights requests concerning instances where we act as data
processor, we will forward your query on to the relevant customer.

For example, our customers may use our website or services to collect counterparty
information to generate a contract. We primarily uses this information for the purpose of
administering and improving its services for our customers. In case of the third party
individual chooses to create an account with us, we will process their information in

has been hacked and You are unable to access Your account. We request You to inform Us about
the incident and We will rectify the breach in security and restore Your account within 24
hours.
